Well, here it is the end of Week One of retirement. (I won’t count the first two days of retirement, Thursday and Friday of last week.)<\/p>\n
I have to say I’ve managed to keep a good mix of work and play. On the work front, I worked a little on the GoodClix website, and did the initial setup on three projects I’m working on.\u00a0 On the play and have fun side, I’ve been out riding on my TerraTrike a couple of times, sprayed the weeds in the front yard, poked around in our little garden a bit, and even tinkered around on my piano some.<\/p>\n
I spent a little time on the phone with Kathy Gannis of Cassie Gannis Racing. (Go vote for Cassie at the Always a Champion website: http:\/\/www.alwaysachampion.com\/search-for-a-champion\/entry\/1569482.) I had a good time visiting with my buddy Duane at Preferred Chassis Fabrication, and had a nice conversation over lunch with Justin of TEKsystems.<\/p>\n
I’m also helping Franklin get set up with Visual Studio as he starts a new semester at Central Arizona College.<\/p>\n
Overall, it’s been a relaxing but productive week.<\/p>\n
