{"id":321,"date":"2013-08-03T10:03:40","date_gmt":"2013-08-03T17:03:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/b2.rayharwood.com\/?p=321"},"modified":"2013-08-03T11:42:16","modified_gmt":"2013-08-03T18:42:16","slug":"gardening-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.rayharwood.com\/?p=321","title":{"rendered":"Gardening update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s been awhile since I did a garden and yard update (okay, over two months nice I&#8217;ve posted <em>anything<\/em>), and someone at work said they&#8217;d heard about my garden and blog, so I figured I should put something out there this weekend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preliminary post&#8230; more pictures coming soon!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Veggies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Squash\" href=\"http:\/\/b2.rayharwood.com\/\/?page_id=319\">Squash<\/a>, <a title=\"Watermelon and Cantaloupe\" href=\"http:\/\/b2.rayharwood.com\/\/?page_id=316\">watermelon, and cantaloupe\u00a0<\/a>are wildly prolific plants, but all the produce are still young. One crop of tomatoes has come and gone, but we&#8217;re trying to nurse another one in. There are some peppers doing well too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flowers<\/strong><br \/>\nThe sunflowers are simply WOW! The <a title=\"Roses\" href=\"http:\/\/b2.rayharwood.com\/\/?page_id=305\">roses <\/a>have been a mixed bag of success and failure. Have you ever grown an elephant ear plant?
