In a blender with milk, whipping cream, and sugar \u2013 give it a few spins to chop the mango.  <em>Not too long!<\/em> You want bits about the size of BBs, not whipped to shreds. <\/p>\n<p>Cool in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.  Process in your home ice cream maker.
