Take two mango fruit, separate from the seed, peel, and cut into about one inch cubes. In a blender with milk, whipping cream, and sugar – give it a few spins to chop the mango. Not too long! You want bits about the size of BBs, not whipped to shreds.
Cool in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. Process in your home ice cream maker. Yummy, creamy stuff!
